To reduce/lose weight, you have to know that how much you should eat and which food you should eat.Not to eat food is not good for the body in any way.

1.   Avoiding Carbohydrates

Many people to reduce weight avoid  carbohydrates from their food list.To lose weight or to get good health, it is not possible to go to a crush diet where food is eaten without Carbohydrates.



These short-term plans will create long-term complications.



To
lose weight we avoid carbohydes at first but increasing the intake of carbohydrate after reducing the weight will create many complications.



Fruit, vegetables, nuts and wheat's carbohydrates are really beneficial for the body.
Reduce fast food, rice.



2.Fat Means Bad

To stay healthy, it is very important to eat  foods which have fats.Olive oil, avocados, nuts, coconut butter, cheese will give you energy to the body to work.The skin will be crushed if we deduct foods related to fat.



3.Little Sugar


Many people are not able to reduce the amount of sugar. Black coffee is bad to eat, and we use suger a little.


But this little sugar is stored in the body as a lot.This increases weight and creates health problems.

4.For  more Exercise,A Little More Foods

Many people have a habit of eating a little more than usual for  exercise that is more than normal.If you do exercise,you will be hungry.

5.Popcorn or Chips

Many people think that popcorn or chips can be eaten as intended.The weight does not increase because the stomach is not going to be full.


The weight will increase a lot
due to excess salt in popcorn and gram, butter or oil used in frying.


6.Think before Coffee


Coffee is full of high calories and sugar. In that case, if you want to drink coffee next time you can drink with nut milk and cinnamon powder.




If Black Coffee is a problem to eat then you can use honey.
If you avoid the habit of drinking coffee several times a day,You can reduce the weight of more than 1,600 calories a week.
