•The amount of uric acid in vegetables or fruits is not much like uric acid.
•But it is better not to have the following food in the daily menu. If you eat more than three to four days a week, uric acid is likely to increase.
-Peas, boiled beans, pumpkin gram, etc.
-It is better to avoid mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and palanquin spinach.
-Eat small amounts of cakes and pancakes.
-Apple, date and dumoor have more uric acid than other fruits.
