Experts have given several suggestions to stay healthy during the summer. They say, there can be dehydration due to the effects of severe heat on health.Apart from this, problems like heatstroke can also occur.


What you can do during the summer has been described below.

Refrain from direct sunlight or avoid working hard.Especially do not go to the sun from 11am to 3pm. This time is the hotest of the day.

Use sunglasses to protect your eyes from sunlight. Instead of going directly to the light of the sun, use the umbrella or a cap on the head.
