Workers have to work all day long in the office. It increases the weight of the body.
Because, if you sit in the same place every day, the body is not run.As a result, the cost of calories is not enough. This cause/happen gaining weight.But there is a solution to this problem.
It is possible to reduce body fat by working in the office.
1. Do some exercise in the office chair.
It can burn more than a hundred calories a day.Keep your feet on the ground while sitting on the chair.
Now try to rotate the upper part of your body as much as possible on one side.
Then rotate your body in the opposite direction in the same way . Do this exercise at least ten times a day, sitting in the chair.
2.Drink more water.
Sitting in one place for a long time not only increases fat but also creates problem releted to indigestion.
So drink more water. It also removes your digestive problems and increases calories cost.
3.Take care of your eating foods during your leisure time.you should avoid foods with high calories.
Especially,You should skip those foods that are sweet from your list. Do not eat chocolate or ice cream.
4.. Put your feet a little above the floor.Now drag the two feet upwards towards your body, hold for ten seconds.
Just leave it and do this in the opposite direction.This exercise will reduce your calories and pain in the leg.
